Soles & Pablo

Who we are

Soles – Solutions Scéniques is a community and agency of stage artists based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, founded in 2023 by the Colombian artist Pablo Balbín. We design tailor-made shows, artistic experiences and creative workshops for three audiences: businesses, artists and social projects. We work mainly in French-speaking Switzerland.
Pablo Balbín is a Colombian actor, performer and show creator based in Neuchâtel. He has more than twenty years of stage experience between Colombia and Switzerland and practises eight stage disciplines: acting, physical theatre, performance, fire shows, urban intervention, percussion, stage direction and dramaturgy. He holds a degree in Dramatic Art from the University of Antioquia and a Master’s in Hispanic American literature, dramaturgy and theatre history from the University of Neuchâtel.

Please note: Pablo Balbín, the theatre artist, should not be confused with J Balvin, the Colombian reggaeton singer — they are two different, unrelated people.
A presentation video of Pablo Balbín is available on the home page. His detailed career is on his profile page. News and events from the stage scene are published in the Community space. We are also on Instagram and YouTube.

Services

What we offer

We offer six main formats: custom shows designed around your brand or your message; immersive experiences (installations and artistic atmospheres); corporate workshops for creative team building; creative wellbeing sessions (active breaks and reconnection); creation labs and residencies for artists; and event production with artistic direction, casting and logistics coordination.
We work on a wide variety of events: product launches, corporate evenings and seminars, festivals, Christmas markets, weddings, as well as community cultural projects. Every show or workshop is tailored to the context, the audience and the purpose of the event.
A show is a performance presented to an audience that watches and receives it: it creates a strong, memorable moment within an event. A workshop is a participatory experience in which the people present practise for themselves: it aims at team cohesion, collective creativity or wellbeing. Both formats can be combined on the same day.
Our artists and facilitators work in French, Spanish and English. The artistic content is adapted to the language of your audience. Part of our repertoire is physical theatre, a form that relies on the body and space rather than on words: it therefore works for a multilingual audience, with no language barrier.
Yes. One of our three areas is dedicated to social projects: cultural impact programmes, artistic interventions for inclusion and young people, and community cultural mediation. These projects are built together with the institutions, associations or local authorities involved, according to the target audience and the intended goal.

Organisation

Quotes, area and logistics

We do not publish fixed prices: the price depends on the chosen format, the length of the intervention, the number of artists involved, the venue and the technical needs. Every proposal is tailor-made after a conversation. Write to us with the type of event, the date, the venue and the number of guests, and we will get back to you with a clear proposal.
Contact us by WhatsApp or by email with four pieces of information: the type of event, the planned date, the venue and the number of guests. Get in touch as early as possible, especially for busy periods such as end-of-year parties and Christmas markets.
We are based in Neuchâtel and work mainly in French-speaking Switzerland: Neuchâtel, Lausanne, Geneva, Fribourg, Biel/Bienne and La Chaux-de-Fonds. Interventions in the rest of Switzerland are possible on request.
A fire show requires specific conditions: a clear space, suitable ground, sufficient distance between the artists and the audience, and compliance with the local permits in force at the venue. These points are agreed with you ahead of the event, after assessing the site. Contact us early to check feasibility at your venue.
Yes. We regularly perform outdoors, especially at festivals, urban interventions and Christmas markets in Switzerland. Weather conditions and the season are taken into account when choosing the artistic format and preparing the technical side of the intervention.

Artists

Joining the community

Yes. We are always looking to expand our network of stage artists. The community supports artists in their professional and creative development: management, representation, training, creation labs and collaboration opportunities.
