We support municipalities, schools and associations across French-speaking Switzerland in creating cultural programmes that bring people together, include, and transform.

Experiences that leave a mark
Every project is designed on a tailor-made basis: artistic coordination, choice of formats (show, workshop, residency), logistics and evaluation. We give as much importance to the process as to the outcome, because transformation is born from exchange.
Inclusion
When art opens doors
We work with diverse audiences: migrants, people with disabilities, priority neighbourhoods. Art becomes a common language, a tool of expression that goes beyond barriers and creates lasting bonds between individuals and with their surroundings.
Youth
Sowing creativity from a young age
Our workshops for children and young people aim to build self-confidence, expression and collective work. Whether at school, in associations or leisure centres, we adapt our formats to every age and context, with care and artistic rigour.
Method
A rigorous, human process
Participatory diagnosis, defining goals with local stakeholders, co-designing workshops, implementation and evaluation. We favour collaborative approaches: the intervention isn't imposed, it's built with those who live it.
Experience
Community work and cultural intervention
Since 2015, we have carried out community work linked to art and culture, in Colombia, Switzerland and Europe. From 2013 to 2015, we collaborated with the City of Bogotá on urban cultural projects. These experiences nourish our approach: close to the ground, attentive to local realities, and driven by the conviction that art can change how a community sees itself.
