What data do we process?

Soles is a small company of stage artists based in Neuchâtel. We only collect the data needed to manage our artistic projects and to communicate with our clients and partners.

Data you provide to us voluntarily

• By email: surname, first name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• By WhatsApp: phone number and the messages exchanged.
• Community space: no account is required and we do not collect any email address. We only store what you voluntarily enter in the form: the name or company you wish to display, and the title and text of your post. These items are intended to be published publicly, after review by our team.
• Artist catalogue: if you apply to join the network via the dedicated form, we collect your name or stage name, your artistic category, your city, your introduction, your video and social media links, as well as your email and phone number. Only the name, category, city, introduction, video links and social media are published on the site after approval by our team. Your email and phone number remain strictly private: they are never published and are only accessed by the Soles team to get back to you.

This information is used solely to reply to your requests, organise artistic services, follow up on projects and keep the Community space and the artist catalogue running. Posts and applications are hosted by our technical provider (Supabase), with which a data processing agreement compliant with the FADP applies. You can ask for a post or your artist profile to be deleted at any time by writing to the address below.

Automatic technical data

Our website does not collect personal technical data through tracking or analytics cookies. No tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

Your rights under the FADP

The Swiss FADP guarantees you several fundamental rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: you can ask which personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: you can ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected.
• Right to erasure: you can ask for your personal data to be deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.
